CRS 100-0135 FH

The CRS 100-0135 FH from Torqueleader is a grey colour TLS clean room torque screwdriver. It is designed to protect precision products from contamination during assembly. This torque screwdriver is designed specifically for use in clean rooms by utilising suitable surface treatments and incorporating high performance seals in its design. Operator fatigue is minimised by soft reset action of torque tool. Complete control of the tightening process is achieved by eliminating both under and over tightening as this tool incorporate Gedore torque’s slipping mechanism. It is suitable for use by operators of any skill level, as it will repeatedly deliver the set torque without the need for operator intervention due to tamperproof design. The screwdriver aluminium handles are polished and then sealed with a PTFE impregnated anodised finish. The tools are fitted with special smooth skin seals to prevent the egress of internal lubricants and ingress of any cleaning solvents.
