The ISL85003EVAL2Z from is an ISL85003FRZ evaluation board. The board is used to evaluate the performance of the ISL85003 high efficiency synchronous buck regulator offered in a 4x3mm dual flat no lead (DFN) package. This demonstration board is intended for use for point-of-load applications sourcing from 4.5V to 18V. Typical applications include network and communication equipment, industrial process control, multi function printers, point of load regulators, standard 12V rail supplies and embedded computing.

- Integrated boot diode with undervoltage detection
- Current mode control
- Open drain PG window comparator
- Operating junction temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- External synchronization up to 2MHz
- 500KHz switching frequency option, internal or external compensation options, DCM/CCM
- Switch selectable EN (enabled/disabled), switch selectable mode (auto-DCM/forced-PWM)
