D9010BJCC is a 100GBASE CR4 compliance test application software provides a fast and effortless way to test, debug and characterize your 100GBASE-CR4 designs. The tests performed by the D9010BJCC software are based on the IEEE 802.3 Specification. In addition, the application features other tests, which covers crucial measurements such as Differential Manchester Encoding (DME) and Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE) for characterizing 100GBASE-CR4 devices. The test application offers a user-friendly setup wizard and a comprehensive report that includes margin analysis.
- Provides rapid and automated testing of 100Gb/s over four lanes on Ethernet network devices
- Automates compliance test coverage for tests in IEEE P802.3bj Clause 92 transmitter specification
- Optional Ethernet compliance testing is supported using the Keysight switch matrix hardware
- Operates on the Keysight Z-series and UXR real-time oscilloscopes
- Automatic HTML report generation
- Test all or selected parameters to compliance limits or custom limits
