S97553B is a multiport calibrated measurements with switch instruments. This application provides a macro which enables full multiport error correction and measurement capabilities using external switch instruments. This application provides a macro which enables full multiport error correction and measurement capabilities using external switch instruments such as the M9164A/B or M9165A/B PXI solid-state switch matrix. The software includes an easy-to-use measurement wizard that simplifies measurement procedures and reduces the setup time of complicated multiport measurements. The VNA displays measured multiport S-parameters.
- Provides multiport calibrated measurements using external switch matrix module
- P9164A/65A USB 6.5 GHz 2x8 switch and P9164B/65B USB 9 GHz 2x16 switches supported
- Controls the calibrations and measurements for VNA and switch matrix
- Measurement data is converted and transferred to a VNA viewer (acting as a multi-port VNA)
