MAX14783EEUA+

The MAX14783EEUA+ is a high-speed 3.3V/5V RS485/RS422 transceiver with ±35KV HBM ESD protection in 8 pin µMAX package. This half duplex RS485/422 transceiver operates at either 3.3V or 5V rails and data rate up to 30Mbps. The transmitter outputs and receiver inputs are protected ±20KV using air gap discharge per IEC 61000-4-2, ±12KV using contact ESD per IEC 61000-4-2 and ±35KV using human body model ESD per JEDEC JS-001-2012. The device is optimized for high speeds over extended cable runs while maximizing tolerance to noise. Typical applications include motion controllers, field bus networks, encoder interfaces and backplane busses.
