MCP6001T-I/OT is a single low power operational amplifier (op-amp) specifically designed for general-purpose applications. The MCP6001 family of op-amps is manufactured using Microchip’s state-of-the-art CMOS process and is specifically designed for low-cost, low-power and general purpose applications. The low supply voltage, low quiescent current and wide bandwidth makes the MCP6001 ideal for battery-powered applications. This device has high phase margin, which makes them stable for larger capacitive load applications. Typical applications include automotive, portable equipment, photodiode amplifier, analogue filters, notebooks and PDAs and battery-powered systems.
- Gain bandwidth product: 1MHz (typical)
- Rail-to-rail input/output
- Supply voltage: 1.8V to 6.0V and 100µA supply current
- Quiescent current per amplifier is 100µA typ at VDD = 5.5V, VCM = 5V
- Phase margin: 90° (typical)
- 4.5mV max input offset voltage
- 86dB typ PSRR at VCM = VSS and 76dB CMRR at VCM = -0.3V to 5.3V, VDD = 5V
- ±1pA typ input offset current
- 5-lead plastic small outline transistor (SOT-23) package
- Temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
