MPC5604EKIT is a development kit enabling video Over Ethernet with Qorivva MPC5604E MCU. Using Ethernet for the transmission of video over twisted pair cables allows for the removal of expensive LVDS coaxial cables from next-generation camera systems. The Qorivva MPC5604E MCU enables customers to realize this cost savings, along with a small form factor, but also enables capability to place camera sensors in a range of applications both for the automotive and general markets. To support innovative sensor‑based designs, NXP offers the Qorivva MPC5604EKIT, which includes a camera sensor and image signal processor. The kit provides a complete platform for developing modern camera applications, integrating the MPC5604E MCU with built‑in video compression and Ethernet transmission capability, Ethernet‑based camera software, the Aptina AP0132AT sensor, AP0101 ISP. It also features two Broadcom Ethernet PHYs-BCM89810 for BroadR‑Reach® and BCM5241 for standard 100Mbps networking.
