RA2E1 group microcontroller with ultra low power 48MHz Arm® Cortex®-M23 core. It features up to 128KB code flash memory, 16KB SRAM, 4KB data flash, capacitive sensing unit 2 (CTSU), security and safety features. The device also has event link controller (ELC), data transfer controller (DTC), key interrupt function (KINT), power-on reset and low voltage detection (LVD) with voltage settings. RA2E1 group is the 1st “Entry” level MCU in RA family. Entry level MCU enables the widespread use of microcontrollers as general-purpose design building. It offers best-in-class low-power consumption in 32bit MCUs. The RA2E1 MCU group enables customers to build compact and energy-efficient systems at a lower cost. Target applications includes system control for HA, power management for battery applications, user interface for medical/health care devices and sensor management for detectors. End products are white goods, healthcare devices, IA sensor module and control panels.
