BD9E202FP4-EVK-001 is an integrated MOSFET single synchronous buck DC/DC converter BD9E202FP4-Z evaluation board. The light load mode control provides excellent efficiency characteristics in light-load conditions, which makes the product ideal for equipment and devices that demand minimal standby power consumption. BD9E202FP4-Z has Frequency spread spectrum. BD9E202FP4-Z includes internal phase compensation. It achieves the high power density and offers a small footprint on the PCB by employing small package. Typical applications include home appliance, secondary power supply and adapter equipment and telecommunication devices.
- Input voltage range from 4.5 to 28V
- Output voltage range from 0.7 to VIN x 0.8V
- Output current range from 0 to 2A
- Switching frequency of 500KHz
- 95.5% typ maximum efficiency at VIN = 12.0 V, Vo = 5V, Io =0.45A, Ta = 25°C
