STEVAL-ILL069V2

The STEVAL-ILL069V2 is a 35W wide input range flyback converter using HVLED001A quasi resonant flyback controller and STF10LN80K5 MOSFET. The HVLED001A is an offline controller for LED lighting with constant voltage primary sensing and high power factor. The STF10LN80K5 is a N-channel 800V, 0.55ohm, 8A MDmesh K5 power MOSFET. The STEVAL-ILL069V2 supplies stable and insulated 48V voltage bus suitable for secondary side circuitry for a total output power of 35W when a wide range of input voltages is applied at its input. A very high power factor is obtained by HVLED001A. Input voltage variations, excessive input voltage (surge or burst overvoltage) or very low input voltages are managed by some of the protections of HVLED001A by improving the reliability of the application. The efficiency of application is very high even at very low load due to foldback feature that also reduces output voltage ripple at light load.
