The MAX6071BAUT25+T is a low noise, high precision series voltage reference with 2.5V output voltage in 6 pin SOT-23 package. This device consumes 150μA (TA = 25°C) of supply current and can sink and source up to 10mA of load current. The low drift, low noise and stable performance over temperature and time improve system accuracy. This device is used in precision instrumentation, precision current sources, high resolution ADCs and DACs.

- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Output voltage accuracy of 0.08%
- Output voltage temperature drift of 2ppm/°C
- Supply voltage range from 2.8V to 5.5V
- Low 1/f noise voltage of 4.8μVP-P (0.1Hz to 10Hz)
- High ripple rejection of 84dB at F=60Hz
- Low dropout voltage of 110mV at IOUT = 10mA
