MAX876BESA+

The MAX876BESA+ is a low drift, 10V precision voltage reference in 8 pin NSOIC package. This voltage reference offers excellent accuracy and very low power consumption. Extremely low temperature drift combined with excellent line and load regulation permit stable operation over a wide range of electrical and environmental conditions. The device is suitable for 12bit data acquisition. A TRIM pin facilitates adjustment of the reference voltage over a ±6% range using only a 100kohm potentiometer. A voltage output proportional to temperature provides a source for temperature compensation circuits, temperature warning circuits and other applications.

• Supply voltage range from 12V to 18V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Initial accuracy is ±0.05%
• Temperature coefficient is 5ppm/°C
• Maximum quiescent current is 550µA at 25°C
• Maximum load regulation is 15ppm/mA at 10mA source current and 900ppm/mA at 1mA sink current
• Maximum line regulation is 4ppm/V at 25°C
• Low noise of 18µVP-P at 0.1Hz to 10Hz (+25°C)
• TEMP output proportional to temperature
